Pioneer Education LLC and a former beauty school instructor have settled her False Claims Act suit asserting she was fired for raising concerns about alleged false representations to receive Department of Education funding.

Judge Christine P. O’Hearn of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey signed on Thursday the parties’ joint stipulation for dismissal.

The terms of the settlement weren’t made available. Counsel for the parties didn’t immediately respond to a request for comments.

Sharon Lampkin initially filed her suit against Pioneer and Jolie Health & Beauty Company in 2016.
